Welcome to the first post of the BIM Centre
This series of tutorials will be divided into 3 stages:
1. Pre-Analysis: includes Modelling of beams, columns, slabs and foundation
2. Analysis: includes Analysis and design of the beams, columns, slabs and foundations both interactively (one by one) and in a batch (all at the same time.)
3. Post-Analysis: Generating structural reports and drawings, Schedules and quantities
We will learn to carry out all these as we design the full structure pictured below.
I am not saying that by the end of this tutorial you will know everything there is to know about CSC Orion, but whatever it is you don’t know will be MISCELLANEOUS. Even at that, feel free to ask me about it in the comments section of that lesson.
